Pressure reducers
Pressure reducers automatically control the flow of HP gases at a predetermined pressure. SAB supplies a wide range of spring and dome loaded pressure reducers handling inlet pressures up to 400 bar and can reduce it down to 1 bar outlet pressure covering a flow range up to 150.000 Nm³/h. The flow can be proven on our own test benches. All SAB pressure reducers are equipped with pressure equalized cones with high performance platic seats.
Spring loaded pressure reducer
The spring loaded pressure reducer is used for single-stage pressure reduction of compressed air and other neutral gases. The outlet can be adjusted by changing the tension of the spring. Also available with safety relief valve in the same casing.
Dome loaded pressure reducer
The dome loaded pressure reducer is used for single-stage pressure reduction of compressed air and other neutral gases. The inflowing gas is reduced in the pressure reducer to the after-pressure set in the dome. The outlet pressure can be adjusted by changing pressure of the dome.
Also available with safety relief valve in the same casing.
