Flow measurements
The experience of the past has shown that calculations and simulations are not adequate to show the real flows of gasses through valves at very high velocities.
In order to prove that valves are able to conduct the flows at the required parameters, flow and losses measurements are a necessity.
On our test benches we are able measure air flows up to 300.000 Nm³/h at 400 bar.
Test facilities
Our two test facilities are acc. to EN ISO 5167 and are fully third party inspected by a Third Party.
Frequent applications are:
• Flow measurements for Emergency Blow Valves
• Measurements of flow and pressure losses in pressure reducers and pressure reducing stations
• Measurements of discharge flows for safety valves
• Measurements of Zeta-, Cv- und Kv-values
